Subject, residing at Vincent Building, Parel,

Bombay, Third Engineer on board the S.S."Tungistan"

belonging to H.M.H.Ne mazee, Medows Street, Fort,

Bombay, make oath and swear, that all the statements

contained in the Memorial dated the 15th day of

December 1927 of Georg Ludvig Rode whom I have

known for the last five years are true to my knowledge

as derived from information supplied by the

Memorialist himself as well as from other sources

which I consider authentic.
